From June 21st to the 24th, fine dining will be transported to Regent’s Park with Taste of London for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment. 40 of the city’s best restaurants will be dishing up their finest in an unbeatable alfresco gourmet feast, while 200 producers provide a bounty of the best food and beverages, ensuring that guests sample and shop for a range of produce in the laid back atmosphere of a boutique food market.
Restaurants will fashion special menus of starter sized dishes for the occasion, including signature dishes created by chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients.
Famous chefs, like Jamie Oliver, Theo Randall, Michel Roux Jrand Gary Rhodes will take to the stage of the AEG Taste Theatre and share their secrets, show off their skills and polish ours with a plethora of pan rattling demonstrations.
Another main feature of the festival this year is Taste like Greece. A corner of Greece will be transported to the capital where visitors will have the chance to try a nibble and a sip of the best ingredients from across the country while listening to a selection of daily musical performances with a Greek flavour. Visitors will also have the chance to get the inside scoop on the best kept secrets and places to go on holiday as experts from popular destinations across Greece will be on hand to tell you about the whitest beaches, most picturesque towns, and top hotels and restaurants.
Moreover, top chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos will prepare exciting Greek recipes and take your questions live in the Taste food theatre.
